Owned product design strategy and vision - oversaw end-to-end design across core employer and talent experiences, including job posting and management, community features, and a new “Talent Cloud” hiring product.
Built and operationalized the design organization - hired and managed the team, established the design career ladder, budget, atomic design system, and design culture.

Defined the design direction and overhauled the digital pharmacy checkout experience using an atomic design system to improve consistency, scalability, and usability.
