Senior Product Design Manager - Reverb
June 2021 - Present

  • Currently leading the Product Design organization following company restructuring

  • Lead Product Design across Reverb, setting vision, priorities, and quality standards across seller, revenue, and core marketplace experiences.

  • Joined post–Series A as the first in-house product designer and was promoted to Senior Design Manager, building and leading the product design function as the company scaled 18X in revenue and raised $25M in Series B funding.

  • Owned product design strategy and vision - oversaw end-to-end design across core employer and talent experiences, including job posting and management, community features, and a new “Talent Cloud” hiring product.

  • Built and operationalized the design organization - hired and managed the team, established the design career ladder, budget, atomic design system, and design culture.

  • Partnered closely with product, engineering, and executive leadership to drive research-informed decisions and a company-wide rebrand.

Senior UI Designer, Pharmacy - Walgreens
Jan 2018 - Aug 2019

  • Designed Walgreens’ digital pharmacy experiences, including checkout flows, mobile patient experiences, B2B pharmacist dashboards, upsells within checkout, and transactional communications.

  • Defined the design direction and overhauled the digital pharmacy checkout experience using an atomic design system to improve consistency, scalability, and usability.

  • Led end-to-end design for a new mobile product that helps patients save on medication costs -  partnered closely with product, research, engineering, and stakeholders. Iterated based on user testing insights.

  • Promoted from Senior Web Designer to Design Manager, leading web, mobile app, and digital marketing experiences while managing a team of designers.

  • Established design strategy and creative direction across Weigel’s digital portfolio - translated multiple TV station brands into scalable, accessible design systems for websites and apps.

2012-2014

  • Led end-to-end design for young adult and middle grade novels - was responsible for concept through final print production which included cover designs, interior layouts, and custom typography.
